Beardie Stress Marks

Hi, fairly new to keeping Beardies, my 3 month old girl seems to get really dark stress marks on her belly every time I put live food into her enclosure and I know w lot of people in will tell me to check the viv first which I have a few times, she is however perfectly fine other then feeding time where she gets stress marks, eats maybe one or two crickets and then isn’t interested help please?

Hi she won’t eat any salad/fruit either and I have also tried her with hoppers and all different worms still the same reaction however she will not bother with the worms (won’t even look at them)

Try the dubia roaches then --- use them on top of the salads -- she wont eat BSFL either ? What was she eating when you got her ? Lets go over the lighting what are you using for a UVB? brand and bulb coil or tube and where in the tank is it? Top of screen or inside the tank ? Basking temps what are they are how are you taking them ? NO stick ons they are inaccurate

Haven’t tried her with bsfl as I haven’t seen them anywhere, I’m using Arcadia t5 for uvb which is fitted inside of the vivarium on the ceiling with fixtures and reflector, basking light which says uva on box again an Arcadia one and basking temp is 106 f and the cool side is 82 f, all temps taken with digital thermometer with probes, she was eating wax worms when I got her

Great UVB bulb-- distance should be approx 12-15 inches directly above basking decor---I sent the link for the BSFL --- I would get some ordered for her --you can also get them from dubia roaches as well they are called nutri grubs there ---- you can hand feed those to her before adding them to the salad bowl in front of her - that will help w/ the stress marks --- take a piece of clothing or fleece blanket w/ your smell on it place in her hide that will get her used to you and help w / the stress marks as well --
