3 1/2 year old lethargic and not eating

So our dragon has been with us for more than 3 years and has done quite well up until a week ago when it became lethargic and stopped eating and insects or veggies as far as we can see. He is in a 125 gallon tank with 2 levels and fed kale daily as well as crickets and super worms almost daily. We try to mist him at least once per day.

What is his UVB - brand and bulb how old is it and where in the tank is it top of screen or inside the tank? What are his poops like runny do they smell so bad they drive you from the room?
