I have been noticing this for a while now her heat temps at night are 83 through 90 and her heat temps at day are around 101 she eats crickets apples pears carrots and mealworms a day and is bathed for 15 minutes every day

In another thread you've said you caught her mbd early...how are you treating it?
Also, someone more experienced will likely review your tank setup with you, but I'm pretty sure you want nighttime temps to be lower than 83. I also noticed you didn't mention anything about her uvb.
Is she eating live bugs?
She also needs to be eating greens.
Consider trying to stick with one thread to try and get the mbd/tank setup addressed so that we have all the info in one place.

Metabolic bone disease will cause the jaw to have mishapen alignment.
Are you still giving the liquid calcium to your dragon now, how is he doing with taking it?
Have you seen any improvements yet I hope?
