Spot or growth on leg

Hi guys! I am a new beardie mom. A friend of mine gave me an adult male beardie. His name is Jim. We have had him for about 2 weeks. He eats well. Poop is normal. Is active in his aquarium. I have researched as much as I can. Jim has a weird growth on his leg. I have not seen anything on any forum or website about it. I know his femoral pores are impacted. I have started bathing him every day. They are starting to soften already. I'm just concerned about this growth.

Hi there, it looks like there's some type of infection and might need antibiotibcs. For now you can put some raw honey on it if you have some, it's a natural antimicrobial. If not, put some betadine mixed with water on it, after it dries put some Neosporin. The pores are slightly clogged but nothing out of the ordinary.
