I have an about 1 year old bearded dragon... And the last couple of months have been not great. He was in brumation for about 2 ish weeks...and has never been the same since. I offer a mixture of greens with alternating calcium and multivitamins with a few superworms for the movement(he was always bad with eating his greens) and offer dubias afterwards. It's a the point now where he'll only eat maybe 3 dubias every other day and maybe a superworm or 2 and get a few greens by accident trying to get a superworm and nothing else. I've tried flavored calcium powder, putting fruits with his greens, and adding a little cilantro to the greens and nothing has helped. He's been glass surfing a lot too. Could he have somehow gotten a parasite? Or could it be something else?

His setup:
40 gallon Thrive tank
Tile substrate
Reptisun 10.0 uvb strip with hood(mounted under lid)
100watt zoomed bulb
Temps are warm side 95-105 on basking spot cool side around 85

How old is the UVB? Is your dragon getting water? What do his poops look like? Are they runny? Do they smell so bad it makes you leave the room?
Is the UVB a T 5 or T 8?

Its the zoomed Reptisun t8. It's about 2 months old now I changed it around the time he went into brumation. He hasn't pooped for a little since he hasn't eaten but they looked normal when he was pooping and didn't smell terrible. I don't leave water in his tank since it brings the humidity up too high but I spray his face once a day until he stops licking it up and bathe him about once a week.

Ok I was trying to rule parasites out--- and it look like it is not parasites-- post pics of him and his tank and lighting- how far is the decor piece from the UVB? 8-10 inches is what it should be w/ no cover on bulb---

Ill take pics soon but his basking spot is about 10 inches from uvb and another spot he hangs out is a little closer. I was going to switch to t5 if he hung out on the tile alot but he doesn't until the lights are off and he's going to sleep so I haven't switched yet.

Ok so UVB is good-- there is something else going on - I would get him into the vet - someone else on here could weigh in on this - here is a website to find a reptile vet

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
