Dark spot

My 3 month old beardie jas a strange dark spot on hia upper back. His diet consits of about 8 dubia/roaches a day, with his salad. He has had this spot sonce I got him which was only a few weeks ago. Just starting to wonder what it is, could it be yellow fungus?

It looks like some stuck shed--- see if it comes off on his next shed - I dont think its yellow fungus - some others on here can weigh in on this
