Kai hiding/not eating after meds

We are on day 3 of metronidazole and Albon for Kai. He seemed ok yesterday, was out and about all day, still was eating but not much, and drinking plenty of water. However today he will not eat. Will not drink water. And only came out of his hide for maybe an hour this morning. Should I continue with the medication? I did order ponazuril and Bene bac but it has not arrived yet.

Kai is 5-6 months old, 340 grams, I’m not sure on length but I’m gonna guess 14”.
He is in a 40 gal breeder
Basking 104-107, cool side 80
Reptisun t5 ho
Diet Dubia roaches and a few super worms a day. Collards/mustards/turnip greens. Occasionally bell pepper/carrots but I’ve never seen him eat them.

Kai was having smelly runny stool, and was acting lazy and going to bed very early. Vet diagnosed Coccidia and some type of flagella.

I'd probably stop the Albon and give it a little while then start with Ponazuril instead. The Metronidazole shouldn't be as harsh so I'd keep up with that according to the prescription. Best to double check with your vet before changing meds though.

Yea that’s what I did. He seems better already, not totally normal but he’s eating, pooping and basking now. Still lazy though.
