Hi All
I am looking for a little bit of help.
I have a bearded dragon, she Oasis is just 1 yr old. A couple of months ago I noticed that her appetite had changed she wasnt eating like she used to and hadn't pooped in a few days.I thought maybe she was goin into brumation as it was turning to winter over here in the UK. I kept a close eye on her for the next few days giving her baths to try and encourage her to poop. Then I noticed she wasnt walking properly so I decided to take her to an exotic pet vet. He weighed her, she weighed 328grms and gave her an xray, he said it was most probably a sprain as the xray didnt show any broken bones but she was a little impacted he had given her an enema to try clear it. He gave me some pain medication for her arm and told me to bath her twice a day to help her empty herself out which I did. It is about 5 weeks since then and I'm still really worried she hasn't eaten at all now for about a week, although her weight is stable now and hasnt changed for a few weeks she did lose weight because she is only 307grms now. She isn't as active compared to how she used to be, but she does move around her tank to different basking spots etc but spends alot of time on the cool side of her tank compared to before. I think from what I have read etc that she may have internal parasites I have read that (Panacur)
Is used for this, is that correct?. I cant really afford to take her back to the exotic vet until the end of the month but I dont want to leave her as she just isn't herself.
