Is This tail rot?

i’ve had my bearded dragon for two years. She was owned by a family friend and I got for cheap. Last week I realized she is changing colors and her tail and lower legs. I know this is not shed because her shedding color is more pinkish. To me it looks like dry skin don’t know how she would have dry skin because I give her a lagoon she can go in at any time. If anyone has any clue what this is please tell me.

It's O.K, that is definitely shed, it can look different at times. My dragons over the years have had very strange looking sheds.
