Okay so I took my bearded dragon to the vet I'm waiting on xrays.
She's been trying to push something out
Now there's tissue hanging out of her vent what do i do?
Here is the original post:

It started with her straining now she has a prolapse :(

Try to keep the tissue protected and clean. You can try offering a cool sugar water bath to see if that helps the tissue contract a bit. Add a few tablespoons of sugar to warm water until it is dissolved and then add some cool water to the bath. Hopefully that will help it retract on its own.

well it's retracting back in
is what it looks like it's doing.
but if she keeps trying to poop something out I feel like the tissue will just come right back out :(
Anyways I will let you guys know whats on the x-rays hopefully they call me today

Yeah
Temps are 100
Diet is supers and hornworms
She is a superworm addict
I make sure there gutloaded & dusted
So she a little chunky something I need to work on is excersise with her.

I feel so bad for causing this prolapse
Apparently there was no impaction
I hope it retracts, attaching photos

Please do post pics. Did the vet not put it back + put in a couple of stitches ? ? Is it hanging out ?

Don't feed her anything for a few days so she won't have the urge to poo. Then cut out superworms for a while or limit them a good deal. Offer her watered down smoothies made of good greens, add a bit of raw honey and/or sweet strawberries or blueberries to make it tastier. Keep all food items on the small side + keep her hydrated.

Well it's not hanging out.

Hopefully it just stays in & she'll be okay
I only noticed it when I got home from the vet

I got a photo of it

Can you post the pic ? The vet should have put in a couple of stitches, I don't know why that wasn't done to help it to stay in. But don't feed her for a few days, just give her a little hydration and then when you start feeding her again give her the smoothies + soft foods that I mentioned.

It's not a prolapse at all right now. Was it hanging out a bit more ? Like the size of the end of your finger joint ?

It hangs out a little more then that I just tried to get the best photo I could.
Yeah maybe about the size of the end of my pinky
So no stitches required it should suck back in?
Or do i need to get to a vet for stitches

Are you positive that Skittles is a she ? A small prolapse may be a hemipene [ reproductive organ ] if it's a male . This is an iguana but did it look like this ?

I don't see the photo but I'm pretty sure Skittles is a girl.
& I looked at some photos hers isn't as bad. It sucks back in.

Could I just use medical tape for a while make sure it stays in there?
I don't want to have to have that piece become necrotic but she's doing a good job of keeping it in

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
