TAIL ROT?

Hiya,
The second picture looks like the tail is about to shed hence the possible darker than usual tail tip.
It's that bump that concerns me. Was it always like that?

It kind of looks like necrosis to me, not tail rot - but I'd wait for a second opinion if I were you.

No it hasn’t always been like that. It just started maybe 5 days ago. But I just noticed it two days ago.
