Tail rot? (Open wound)

Hi, i’m new here but I recently posted on here a little over a week ago when my beardies tail got damaged. The end fell off and now the skin is open as it’s healing. I’ve been doing betadine/water soaks with original neosporin (no pain relief). I wanted to ask if his tail looks ok or if there is any tail rot going on and what will be the signs if there are? Would the tissue on the end turn dark or if that happens will it be normal? Basically, does his tail look ok and like it’s healing and if it was to start getting an infection what should I look for? Sorry for so many questions I just want to make sure he’s ok.

Additional info he’s eating good, drinks his water when I put it on his nose (so cute lol) and runs around the same. He’s about 7 inches. His tail shed just a few days ago. The pics are with nothing applied, I did some of his soak then took the pics. The tail is clean with no product for the images

I remember your first post where the tail was smashed + you could tell it was going to fall off. It looks fine now that the injured part fell off but it's very soon to tell if it will develop any problem. There's a chance that it will but more likely it won't. Just keep an eye on it + see what happens.
