Is this early YFD?

So recently I noticed a spot on my beardies chin that hasn’t gone away after he has shed. While doing some research I came across this thing called yellow fungal disease that can affect them. What I’m wondering if whether this is what my boy has. The images I have attached show the affected area on both the outside and underside of a recent piece of shed and the actual spot on his chin.

Hello,

I agree, that looks normal to me, as well. Yellow fungus looks much much different.

Ok so far all is good. Took him to a reptile specialist vet and she took a look at the spot alongside the piece of shed I kept as a precaution.
She thinks that it’s an ulcer of some sort and has reccomended I keep an eye on it. like you both said she doesn’t think it’s YFD since there’s no other discoloured patches and he is active and alert.
If it changes or grows and his behaviours become unusual she has reccomended I take him back where they’ll cut it out and send it for testing but for now to just monitor it since it’s only ~1mm in size.
Aside from this small ulcer he is to quote her words ‘in exceptional condition’. I am both pleased and proud to hear this considering the rough shape he was in when I first got him. He’s come a long way in this one year.

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
