This past Sunday I went and bought over 200 superworms turning some into beetles and the rest are in my bioactive setup I forgot to remove Spike my bearded dragon and she ate a lot of them to the point where she was having a hard time moving she could still run around but she had really gladdened herself she didn't eat anything on Monday and she didn't eat anything yesterday today she ate some of her greens but she hasn't been interested in any of the dubias or the Crickets I've offered her. She's been very easy to upset the last few days and she has been having several bowel movements through the day they look normal I don't know if she gave herself a upset stomach and that's why she's not eating or if something else could be wrong she still forges around in her bioactive vivarium and like I said she is still having bowel movements I think her stomach is just upset anybody have any ideas.

How old is Spike? Superworms should only be generally offered as treats and not a staple because of their hard exoskeleton, and generally they should only be given to adult dragons. She may be a bit constipated from them.

As I said she's using the restroom perfectly fine and it wasn't as a staple she only managed to get through them since I didn't take her out of her enclosure before I was putting them in and she just got to them she's eating a little bit of her green and has been for itching but hasn't been interested in any insects so I'm figuring it might be because she is starting to go into shed and might have a bellyache from a couple of things that I've been reading and from what a other poster said in a private message

Oh, I'm so sorry. I misread your post. I thought you said she hadn't been going to the bathroom. Well that's good she is! I agree that shedding probably is playing a big roll. I kinda think of shedding like the way humans get sunburns. Itchy, tight, and uncomfortable. Lol I hope she feels better soon though!

Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
