I've never seen my beardy do this before but she just hopped off her rock, opened her mouth wide and threw up about 6-7 phoenix worms in a little chunk.
About an hour prior, she ate a bunch of them. My guess is that she didn't chew them properly and just wolfed them down since they're so small.
A few of the worms that were vomitted were squirming around so I think she needs just to chew better?
