URGENT: Scale rot? Please help!

I'm worried that this might be scale rot, but I can't really tell and I'm so so worried about him.
I really have no idea what to do, please help!

Hi there, it's not scale rot, just some type of blemish that they can get that is harmless. Can you post a shot of his back end showing both of her legs out to the side to compare colors on his other leg? But no, that's not going to be a problem.
