So ember is having a cycle of eggs that are not fertile. I can feel the bumps and stuff and she has been going crazy recently. She’s also shedding which shows she gotten bigger recently. She has stopped going crazy and I don’t know why. She is still eating and pooping and so I don’t know how close she is to laying but it seems as tho she was ready and then suddenly stopped. Every now and then she black beards and head bobs at me. She is definitely a girl because she has layed last year too. I’m just not 100% sure that she is Gravid. Any advice? Thankyou

Hi there, only xrays could show if there are eggs + where they are. Infertile eggs can't always be felt so you may be feeling something else. If she were eggbound she would act very ill, lethargic, black beard, etc. The only way to know whether her eggs are actually formed + ready to lay would be xray but then she just may not be ready.

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
