Black spot near beardies mouth?

I recently found this dark spot spear under my 8 month old bearded dragon. He acts perfectly fine eats and poops regularly but I don’t know what this spot is?

Hello,

It is most likely a pigmentation change like a freckle, etc. Can you post a picture of the area,
just so we can see what it looks like.
Is he eating & drinking normally?
