Belly seems swollen

So he's eating fine finally found something he would eat besides his feeders but he seems swollen around his belly he hasn't pooped today thinking about a bath just wondering

Hello,

What sized feeders/insects are you feeding him? Be sure the insects are smaller than the
space between his eyes, to avoid impaction issues.
As suggested, try to get some pictures of him posted for us, so we can see his physical
condition.
