Which UVB are you using & how old is the light?
It is always possible it is a calcium absorption issue, or even a vitamin/mineral type of
deficiency, too. Sometimes when they get a little older, they tend to go through nutritional
changes kind of like humans do. Not always, but, it is somewhat common in adults.
Do you have a video of him doing this type of behavior.

how is it installed ?
>> distance from basking spot
>> ontop mesh lid ?
>> type of mesh if on top the mesh ?
>> photoperiod ?
>> in a good quality reflector hood ?
Lack of UVA can also read to neurological problems like the tremours you describe , fortunately this is easily fixed by increasing the UVA (ie moving the source closer or replacing it with a new one or by increasing it's performance (going from 10% --> 12% or even 14% UVB in a T5ho).

How is your boy doing this evening?
The regular T8 tube bulbs are good bulbs but will decline after 6-8 months. That is a possibility
the calcium levels dropped during that time & are causing physical issues now.
Make sure the tube is within a 6-8 inch distance of him.
