I’m a first time dragon parent . I got him about a week ago he was perfectly fine. Now he has all these black spots on his back and under his chin they come and go. What can it be? Should I take him to the vet?

Hello,
You mentioned the black spots come & go? Is there any particular time that they seem to
appear, while basking, or stressed, etc?
It doesn't look fungal, but a slight possibility. Are all of your temperatures good? What is
the humidity in the tank showing?
It could just be pigmentation changes also. They do darken their beards also, but that isn't
what you are referring to, correct?
