huffing draggon?

i let my beardie newt out today to run around and he did this wierd huffing thing, im not sure what it is. he seems okay but he hasnt been eating all that much, advice?? he didnt puff up his beard it looked like a cough or someing

Hello,

Was he actually puffing himself up & pushing his beard out? They can puff up when they get
worked up or have been running around a good amount.
Was his beard black or not?

it wasnt black, i think it was the humidity. it got reallllllly humid for a couple days but he seems ok now but im trying to figure out how to keep the humidity down in his tank
