Tail rot ?

Hi, I'm a first time keeper and I'm very concered about my beardies tail. He is 6 months old and from a responsible breeder, I've noticed this discoloration under his tail that's concered me. Is this normal ?

Nope, perfectly normal!!! Looks like a shed coming on though. You dragon is quite handsome I might add.
