Involuntary movement? (Video)

So, My bearded dragon started this movement of his limbs on Monday (16th July).

He has Pin-worms and a mild Inflammation of the mouth which he is now on treatment for as yesterday he visited the vets for multiple reasons and not just this. (those reasons being; long time not eating enough food, hiding all day away from the lights, dehydration)

During the visit I showed her these videos of him and asked her what these movements could be and she didn't know the answer. She did say that she did NOT suspect MBD as he carried himself well and was not lethargic in a way which symptoms of MBD usually appear but that she couldn't rule it out without an X-ray of his bones either. She also did NOT suspect a seizure either as he seems fully alert to his surroundings while doing it.
We will have and X-ray done if these movements continue after treating the other things I mentioned above. I just wanted the forums opinion on this, and its always useful to see other peoples problems too. Thanks

for all those who may ask:
Basking: 38-40C
warm: 32-36C
cool: 26-29C (which is hard to keep to currently with hot weather)
Humidity goes between 25% - 40% and doesnt raise or lower much more than that. Depends on weather
Two UVB T8 Tube lights - Reptiglo 10.0 and 2.0
Basking bulb - daylight exo terra basking bulb
substrate - Tile
food we attempt to feed? - pretty much everything you can get in the uk supermarket and pet shop, he hardly ever eats.
currently having baths everyday for dehydration

He looks pretty healthy aside from the twitching. I wonder if it's something similar to Parkinson's or muscular dystrophy (his muscles still look well developed though). Is he having any trouble moving around?

Your setup looks good but the UVB lights are fairly low output, especially if they don't have reflectors. I would upgrade those to T5 if you can so you can provide UVB levels closer to natural sunlight. It may not be related to the muscle spasms but high quality UVB is pretty important overall so shoring that up is a good idea if if you can. If the issue is neurological or something similar to Parkinson's, I'm not sure how to treat it. Offering a wide variety of veges (as it sounds like you've been doing) is a good idea to make sure he is getting as many nutrients as possible.

Hello,

I agree, the Reptiglo tube bulbs are "ok" but, they are quite a bit lower output than the
Reptisun 10 tube or the Arcadia D3 12% or 14% tube bulbs are. It is a possibility it could
be early symptoms of low calcium or another mineral or vitamin deficiency he could be
experiencing.
How often do you give calcium & vitamins for him? As an adult, he does need calcium at
least 3 times per week & vitamins weekly at the minimum. It does make it difficult when
they wont eat. If his appetite isn't real good, you could try getting some bee pollen to
help out with his appetite & immune system, too.

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
