Yep. That is a perfectly normal looking tail to me. The tip might have been bitten off by a clutch mate/sibling when he was young but I Wouldn't worry about it.
I Have three adult beardies and they can take a very, very, long time to shed/finish shedding. Most of the time they'll just randomly shed one part of their body for a few weeks and then a month or so later shed another random body part. Right now my only one Shedding is Cisco who is just shedding her right front foot and the left side of her chin. :dontknow: So It's pretty random when they're adults.
