I just got my baby beard and when she’s in her tank her neck and stomach turn black, then when I take her out it goes back to white is this somthing I should be concerned about?

Nope. They turn dark like that to absorb heat and light more efficiently. You'll see it a lot when she's in the tank and basking (and sometimes when she's out).
