So my bearded dragon is very I'll. He's very weak doesn't move much he barely opens his eyes and doesn't want to eat. I do not know what to do. I've assisted/force fed him couple crickets that's about it. I also gave him warm water bath. If you need any additional info please ask.

When did this start? Can you provide some details about his setup, lighting, etc? It would be helpful if you can post some photos of him and his setup. You can upload photos here https://www.beardeddragon.org/useruploads/ and post them to your thread using the XIMG button. Do you have any experienced reptile vets in the area you could bring him to for a checkup?

[ximg]99183 4921166133[/ximg]So the tank is about 20 gallons I use 75w uva light and 100w baskin spot light. This started to happen since 3-4 days ago I noticed he didn't eat that much and got really weak. I think I messed up by buying crickets that were way too big but the other beardy didn't get sick so maybe that's not the problem.[ximg]99183 4667621185[/ximg]

Is there a UVB source too? Since two are together it's possible that one is monopolizing resources such as basking areas and food which could be causing the other one to have trouble.

Okay so I think the other light is uvb that's the 75w one but I'm not sure I'm at work I'll check when I get back. Could it be anything else?

It could just be illness. Sometimes they just aren't healthy from the start for one reason or another. it's hard for me to say for sure though. You could try taking him outside to sit on your lap if the weather is nice. Sometimes the natural sunlight helps perk them up. It's great for them either way. I would consider separating them in case it does have to do with intimidation or resource monopolization though.

Hey so I separated them right now and I'm going to keep force feeding him I'm going to buy a syringe but can you tell me what's the best baby food to force feed them?

So yeah I'm going to post updates. What I did is split the tank in half so and out the lights down the middle so both of them have warm side and cooler side. I started to force feed the weak baby with small crickets and baby sweet potato food. The weak one still doesn't move much and sleeps most of the day. It seems like he went into hibernation stage. Idk what else to do so I'm just going to have to force feed him. Hopefully he wakes up and becomes more active and gets better. Here's some pictures.

If they refuse to eat and resist force feeding there isn't a whole lot else to do. It usually means there is an underlying problem though. Have you tried taking him out into the sunshine a bit?

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
