We think she had passed away

Hi,

Today my sister came to clean her cage and our little one was stiff. Her tongue was a little bit out. Eyes closed. We think she is dead but I heard a lot about people thinking that but turn out not to be. How can we be so sure she's gone ?

We know one of the light blew up a few days ago and she hadn't poop since. Two days ago, she was active, exited.. she even let my kitten sniff her. We're crying and we don't know what to do.

That's sad to hear. I wonder what happened. It does sound like she has died based on your description. You could use a q-tip to press against the top of her eye and see if she reacts and you could flip her over to see if she reacts. If she is stiff with eyes closed and tongue out though it usually means she's gone. How old was she?

That is always very rough to have to accept, & have to deal with. So sorry.

Did you try any of the methods mentioned to see if you got any type of response from her?
