He hasn't been eating for about 2 weeks but today i seen that peace of skin on he's lip well he rubed it off on the carpet in he's cage and now he's eating!!

Sounds like he was just shedding his skin. Shedding can make them a bit unhappy and sometimes they don't want to eat when they're shedding.
