Hello my beardie recently shed a small amount of skin off this tip of his nose but hes also has had a small cut on the tip I'm not sure if its a scab or if it is possibly infected. Thanks!

That looks like it was cut or hurt at some point but has healed over. It should be OK since it isn't open or raw anymore. I'd imagine it will heal up over the next couple of weeks. If you see a raw or open wound you can put raw/unpasteurized honey over it to protect it and help it heal. I don't think that will make much difference in this case since the wound is already closed up and healing.
