Darker Scales than normal and dirty looking tail

My beardie of 1 year and 5 months had not shed lately and has darker scales on the top of his head than normal that look like they wanted to shed but never did he also has a stained loOking tail. Im going to try to upload a photo sorry!

Hi there....your dragon's colors look perfectly fine. He may be darkening for one reason or another [ trying to get warm for instance or going in to a shed ] but there is nothing at all unhealthy about his scales.
