Ok so you are using a basking light too right? The UVB should be 12-15 inches directly above the basking decor piece

Yes. Basking is on the hook to go lower into her cage

Ok so make sure your basking temps are up to par and your UVB properly distanced and she should be good to go - those two things are important for her to keep her self digesting and absorbing her calcium -- they tend to go for long periods of time not pooping but you must have the correct temps and UVB for them to go to the bathroom---
