Hello,
I have just got a baby bearded dragon a couple of days ago and I am unsure on how much I should hold him/her.
P.S this is my first bearded. Please help
When they are that small I would probably limit handling unless they seem really OK with it and not afraid or defensive. For a while it may be best to just interact by sitting by the enclosure frequently and maybe do some hand feeding of treats like black soldier fly larvae to help build a bond.
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.
Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
