Hi there,
I'm Jack and this is Aloysius.
Aloysius is hypo, about 3 months old and I've had him about a month. I say him, the chap said "I'm almost certain it's a boy but not enough to bet my life" so I'm going with that for now.
Aloysius is really jumpy, not in a nervous way, he likes to jump, he leaps up and down onto his branch, apparently walking along it isn't as fun. He's very friendly and happy to be handled, he'll walk onto my hand if I put it next to him.
My one concern is his diet, he was raised on meal worms and cress. While he settled in I fed him the same and have tried introducing other foods, both veggie and live, but he's just not interested, except for morio worms, he loved them. Should I stop with the meal worms completely and see if he'll try other things if he gets hungrier? Also what are the most tempting thing thing to try him with? Crickets and wax worms he just ignored.
Grateful for any advice, thanks.
