Hello all! I recently rehomed a 13 year old beardie named Leon. His old owners were a big family and they loved him very much (hence why he’s a lil thicc) but couldn’t take care of him anymore as they were traveling a lot, so I wanted to give him a happy retirement. I’m new to this forum and a new beardie owner but I’m looking forward to continuing learning about these wonderful companions! Any tips on dieting, getting them to eat veggies, or potty training would be much appreciated!

I know what you mean. My therapy dog is retired--he's retired under my desk right now, all worn out from napping all day yesterday! :laughhard:

Leon looks like he's been through a big loving family!

Any info/help you need is probably here--try the search facility in the top right of the screen. IME, it works better than many other forums (who suggest using google in lieu of their own search tools), or ask away.

Welcome to the asylum. :D

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
