Hey all. Just got my little guy 2 days ago. Still haven't named him/her, but he/she is a month old(pet stores estimate) leather back and is about 7-8" already. I have owned a few others in the past, but it's been years so basically learning all over again. He's starting to shed so isn't eating very normal according to most others ive read about. Maybe 10 crickets and a super small super worm a day. Finally finished his tank today, decided to do slate tile and put sand under to pad it from the glass and to fill the gaps in between the tiles. Basking temp stays around 105 and rest of tank around 75-85. You can see the little guy on the back branch there, sorry I don't have any up close photos as of right now. Thanks for reading.
