New Beardie owner

I just bought a beardie yesterday from petsmart for my daughter's birthday. I'm concerned b/c he isn't eating the crickets I bought him. I put them in a tote and put him in there and he just wants to go for his reflection. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi. It's normal for them to have relocation stress for a week or 2. How big are the crickets? Also what kind of set up does it have? Lights? Brands? Temps and how you take them? Size of the enclosure?

They go at their reflection thinking it's another dragon. The usual remedy is to put up paper around the container at their level so the reflection goes away & they tend to calm down.
