He looks nice and healthy. What do you have in place for his lighting?
I think the lighting will need an upgrade. During the day you'll want a bright white light that produces heat. I like using PAR38 halogen flood lights. That should sit in a dome fixture like this https://www.theisens.com/products/brooder-lamp-18/2-sjeo-x-6/40820211/
You want to adjust the height so that the surface temperature either along the bottom of that log or the top of the platform he is on gets to around 100-105. The surface temp on the left side of the tank should be around 75-80 or so with a nice gradient between. That will cover the heat portion.
For UVB I would use a 22'' T5 in a tank that size. It can sit right on top of the tank across the basking area (log and platform). This one is excellent and can sit flat along the top http://www.lightyourreptiles.com/22-t-5-ho-fixture-high-output-with-arcadia-d3-12-ho-bulb/
Once you have proper UVB output and temps he should be a pretty happy camper =)
