Beardie acting strange! HELP!

Hello, I am new to this website and my name is Ariana. I just got a new baby bearded dragon in May and everything was just fine. She was eating, being active, pooping, shedding, etc. However, she has been acting weird since yesterday. I believe it might be a female so I will just call it a She for now. I named her Jellybean. Jellybean has stopped eating insects since yesterday and has only eaten some kale. I have been trying to feed insects, but she just stares at it for a few moments, but will not eat it. Not only has jellybean stopped eating insects, but she has been running back and forth inside the tank for a while. I took Jellybean out to play and she ran around. I'm not sure what is going on with her. She is being very skittish and whenever I try to grab her, she runs and jumps. This is very strange because she was not doing this before. Someone, please let me know if you have an idea what is wrong. Maybe she is tank surfing cause she needs a bigger tank? She recently shed. Her temperatures are fine and I just changed the UV bulb. She even attempted to jump on her thermometer and climb out.

It's possible the shed just has her acting up. Sometimes they go through some hyper (and sometimes lethargic) phases so it's not necessarily a problem. If you can take her out to run around in a safe area sometimes that is helpful and they enjoy it.
