Hi, I'm new here and just figuring out the forum. We just adopted a almost 2 year old Bearded Dragon named Murphy. He was originally living in Washington, and now he is in Oregon. This is my first Beardie, and I am new to this. I have been trying to learn a lot about food, mostly what should not be fed, and lighting.

Thank you, I'm printing the list now. I'm working on uploading photos that I can share better than above too.

He pooped today, so he is extra hyper today. Both of his light bulbs blew today and this is an issue for us. I just replaced them both. I reorganized his cage so my son will stop tripping on the wires. I looked at a light stand but I don't like how the light reflects off the screen with one of those so I still prefer to set the light on the metal screen.

I bookmarked the nutrition list to my iPhone. I try to get dandelion greens, turnip greens & mustard greens.

Thank you for everyone's help with everything. I have all the heat/lighting correct now. The heat rock is gone. All the appropriate food and bugs are being given.

Here is the adapted set up. I will at some point build a bigger home. This one is only 36x18x18.

Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
