Are these deals for UVB setup too good to be true?

Bulb I'm getting:https://www.pangeareptile.com/store/arcadia-12-uvb-t5-reptile-bulb.html
Fixture I'm getting:https://www.pangeareptile.com/store/t5-uvb-light-fixture.html
I haven't seen too many other places that have UVB setups this cheap, especially with a brand like Arcadia. Do you think I should go with this for the bearded dragon I am getting soon?

Pangea is a good site, I've used it for years. I also recently got the arcadia 14% combo bulb and hood.

Yes pangea is good -- I have gotten all my fixtures and bulbs from there as well - you need a height of 24" for the 14% bulb --- they require distance -- the Arcadia 12% bulb is good -- the fixture not so much I would go w/ the Pro T 5 12% bulb ----
