Arcadia 14% T5 34” light?

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this light. The local reptile store suggested that it would be a good light to place on top of the mesh lid for my dragon. Any thoughts?

It's a good light depending on how it's used, just like with anything.

What distance will the bulb be from the basking area if it's mounted on top of the mesh? What about the distance to the floor?

It is 18” to floor and just under 14” to main basking spot with higher places to chill and climb as well as hides. The bulb is in a reflective fixture.
