Basking Spot Help?

Suggestions for a basking spot in a 4x2x2 enclosure that will get him as close to the heat as he needs to be... 12" away?
Any links to amazon/ other places that might sell something good for him to sit on.

No closer than 6 inches I believe- get a digital probe and take temps at different heights- no hotter than 110

I have a 4x2x2 and use a 150 watt but it's pretty far away no sure how many inches I can measure

Yes, that is what I mean

I don't have anything good for him in there. I just need something he can climb up on and bask in- he is in a 4x2x2 tank, so his spot right now is literally 20-24inches away.
