I always wanted an Exo Terra front opening door enclosure for Freddie. He had a regular 40 gallon breeder 36 x 18 x 18 before, the lid broke and everything. My mom bought the 36 x 18 x 12 and I’ve been using it for him for a couple of months now — is it too small?

Yep you went to a 33 gallon no where near big enough -- I would look for a tank on FB marketplace or Craigslist w/ front doors--- your 40 was bigger --- if you want websites for new ones ask and we can post some for you-- if you find one on FB or Craigslist make sure you sanitize it really good w/ F 10 its a vet disinfectant or Zoo Meds Wipe Out make

The 12'' model is a little too short. Especially if you are keeping the top connected. If you use an adjustable lamp stand to hold the lights a bit higher up it may help, but ultimately you'll be better off with a taller enclosure that will give you more space between the basking areas and the lighting.

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
