Hi, thinking about tiling and grouting the floor of my dragon’s vivarium using slate tiles. Does anyone have suggestions for a safe sealant I can use to seal the grout and tiles?

I’ve heard you can use polyurethane, but I can’t find that say non-toxic, are there any particular brands that anyone would recommend?

Also, is it okay if the sealant says “harmful to aquatic life”, as it won’t be constantly in contact with water, or should I steer away from those?

I have tile in my tank and did not grout it or seal it- I left it loose w/ a thick shop paper towel underneath it so I can pull the tile for cleaning and replace the paper towel when needed - it catches the watery urate plus when pulling it get rids of the smell - I also clean the tile w/ a vinegar / water mix as well -- once you grout it you cant get the tile out and it would be a pain to clean it then - but it is up to you--- I am not sure what would be safe some others on here would haft to help in that aspect

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
