lighting issues!!!!

Hi so I was out a while ago and I came back home and ziggy's UVB is out. I bought the T5 bulb and a fixture someone on here recommend. I took the plug out and put it back in and tried to turn it back on alls it did was flicker and then nothing would happen. I don't know if its the bulb or fixture but I don't know what to do. I still have my MVB and calcium without d3 should I switch it back to that for the time being?

The fixture came with a bulb, correct? Test that bulb to see if it is the fixture. If that bulb works, try putting the other one back in. Make sure it is switched to off and unplugged before you do anything with the bulbs. Then make sure not to turn the switch to on until after you plug it in.
I just got ours today and had to get it adjusted just right in there for it to stay on without flickering

It isn't the fixture that came with the bulb I honestly think it is the fixture that's the issue because it seems like ballast is messed up

Where did you get the fixture from? You need to contact them and tell them its defective and get them to send a replacement / and send the one you have back --
