Best night heat bulb

So during the winter my house can get as low as 60 degrees sometimes lower so I am wondering because it is autumn right now in the USA what is the best night heat bulb besides a CHE i know that the red tinted ones are not good because they interfere with the sleep cycle in beardies

I like heat projectors because they don't get quite so hot to the touch. Less of a burn risk. I've dropped a warm CHE in the past and may have melted part of a carpet :? This is what I use http://www.reptileuv.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=196

I think I'll just get a mini CHE oh and by the way can the CHE's go into the zoomed mini deep dome dual fixture?
