The photo/product wouldn't load for me, only showed a blank URL code and the picture of a blank file icon saying "shopping" and a open in link. Could you perhaps take a screenshot of the bulbs and post it here? ?
Arcadia 10% is the "euro range" T8 I believe. They are good bulbs. They are best at a range of around 8-10'' above the main basking area though.
