It won't fit perfectly, but 10 of your 6x6 tiles in a 3x2 configuration should cover most of the tank I think. That said, I agree that a 40g breeder or larger even for a young dragon is a better bet. Partly to allow more space to roam around and partly because you can use higher quality (and higher powered) lighting safely. The more space the better in most cases.
