RATE MY NEW 40GAL SET UP

Hey guys so I just upgraded Frenchie to a 40 gallon reptile sanctuary tank. Does anything stand out as being wrong or suggestions as to what I should be changing? Hes 3 months old :]

BULBS = reptisun 10.0 t8 //100w zoomed repti basking bulb
TEMPS = 98-103 degrees on probe on log // 85-90 on the cool side.

That looks nice. Your temperature gradient is pretty good. I would consider investing in a 22'' T5 UVB light which is more appropriate for a large than than the T8. Since your T8 is inside the tank and fairly close to the basking area it should be OK for now though. It's just not optimal based on what is available.
